Our Hamilton Road Walk-up units are great for short term stayers and internship lodging and are perfect for group stay, with opportunity for community bonding and, due to the laid-back cosmopolitan atmosphere, exposure to different cultures. Rental leases in Singapore are usually minimum one year, most landlords, in fact, prefer 2 years. This is one reason why it's hard to find good short-term accommodation. However, with our Hamilton Road Walk-up units, we welcome short-term lease, such as a 3 to 6 month lease, as is often the case for our ESSEC tenants. Room prices 2 bedders - $950 - $1100 /mth 3 bedders ( 1 double deck ) - $1700 - $1800 /mth Note: It's also possible to rent out individual beds Per bed is $600 /mth, $650 /mth ( premium rooms).
